Tofurkey, mushroom gravy and stuffing

Side Dishes

Green-bean casserole, baked red skin mashed potatoes w/ daiya, roasted sunchokes and parsnips, steamed kale and chard, and cucumber-beet salad, bisquits, candied yams

Dessert

Pumpkin pie, Apple Brown Betty, Chocolate Mousse,  and Butternut squash-Apple pie

Drinks

Red wine, Apple Cider, Silk-nog (and brandy), Hot Toddies

    Oh, yum, Remi! That menu looks great! Ours was pretty similar, but I suspect it involved quite a bit more butter with the desserts.

      Thanks Amelia! Yes, all of our dishes actually included quite a bit of vegan butter- earth balance, soo tasty!
